Seymour Duncan Designed Hb 105 Active Humbuckers. I found virtually no difference at all between a pair of duncan designed blackouts and the seymour ones. However, after doing extensive research, a lot of people seem to talk a lot of sh*t about duncan designed pick ups.

Could these be a interesting pickups for an improving amateur player?? After slamming the frontend gain structure of a vox advt50 combo amp for a good 20 minutes, i came away quite surprised at the tonal quality of these. Gibson pickups are often more expensive than seymour duncan pickups when purchased individually.

I would like a bit more definition than with the poor humbuckers of my cheap guitar. Could these be a interesting pickups for an improving amateur player?? Please note that some duncan designed pickups are not modeled. Active hb 105 is not on sd site !
